Chief Executive Officer

Brad Tolley

<p>Brad Tolley is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, spanning global operations, strategy, engineering, and business development. On July 1, 2025, he became CEO of CSP, North America's largest composite automotive and heavy truck component manufacturer, overseeing 15 facilities and nearly 4,500 employees.</p><p>Previously, Tolley served as President of Shiloh, where he led its transformation into a global Tier 1 lightweighting supplier with $1 billion in revenue. He drove international expansion through strategic acquisitions and organic growth, restructured operations, and guided the company through a successful private equity acquisition.</p><p>Tolley's career includes senior roles at Varroc Lighting Systems, Visteon, and Ford. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from Oakland University, and has completed advanced executive training at top global business schools.</p>

Scott Borovich

<p>Scott Borovich is CSP's Chief Operating Officer.</p><p>Borovich brings more than 25 years of automotive industry experience to CSP, most recently serving as President of Customer Experience &amp; Business Transformation at Woodbridge. His career also includes leadership roles at Shiloh Industries, Varroc Lighting Systems, Visteon, and Lear.</p><p>He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.</p>

Chief Financial Officer

Conrad Hein

<p>Conrad Hein is the Chief Financial Officer of CSP.</p><p>With 31 years in the automotive industry, previous experience includes serving as the CFO for Aludyne; the VP of finance, global manufacturing and North America, for Cooper Standard; and in financial and operational leadership roles with Tower Automotive and Cerberus Capital Management. Hein began his career with Ford Motor Company in FCG program.</p><p>Hein holds a bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from St. Mary's University of Texas and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.</p>

Doug Sadrack

<p>Doug Sadrack is the Chief Commercial Officer for CSP. He brings over 30 years of automotive industry experience, including more than 20 years in sales leadership roles, to the organization. He joined CSP from Summit Polymers, where he held the role of vice president, Global Sales &amp; Marketing. Prior to Summit, he spent four years at Visteon as vice president of the Global Customer Group. He also spent several years in sales leadership and account management roles at Sharp Microelectronics of the Americas.</p><p>Sadrack's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Operations, both from Lawrence Technological University.</p>

Tom Luttrell

<p>Tom Luttrell is the Chief Information Officer of CSP.</p><p>Luttrell is a seasoned IT executive with over 30 years of experience in digital transformation, ERP modernization, and cybersecurity.</p><p>Previously, he served as CIO at RealTruck, where he led M&amp;A due diligence and integration for two acquisitions and unified 18 disparate ERP systems globally. His career includes senior roles at Shiloh Industries, where he drove ERP-enabled transformation across 26 manufacturing facilities on four continents, and Masco Cabinetry, where he integrated two $1 billion divisions while reducing technology costs by 34%. He began his career with 16 years at Federal-Mogul Corporation.</p><p>Luttrell holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, an MBA from Northwood University, and a CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.</p>

Kent Bednarz

<p>Kent Bednarz is the Chief Administrative Officer of CSP, responsible for the company's Human Resources, Environmental, Health and Safety, Legal, Governance, and Compliance partner capabilities.</p><p>Bednarz brings 20 years of both operational and legal experience to CSP, most recently serving as principal and practice lead, Corporate, Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, and Emerging Growth at Quinn Law Group. A few of his notable prior roles include: vice president, Legal &amp; Government Affairs and Corporate Secretary, of Shiloh Industries; corporate counsel of Guardian Industries; partner at Honigman; and president of Hercules Electric Mobility.</p><p>Bednarz holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's degree in Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, both from the University of Michigan, and a Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School.</p>

Vice President, Strategy and Transformation

Ryan Roeber

<p>Ryan Roeber is the Vice President of Strategy and Transformation for CSP.</p><p>With a background that includes positions in automotive and private equity companies, Roeber brings nearly 15 years of operations and strategy experience to CSP. He most recently served as Senior Director of Strategy and Operations for Advantage Solutions. Prior to that, he was with Apollo Global Management where he was appointed to serve as North American Value Creation lead over Tenneco's Aftermarket Division. He also spent more than 11 years at Tenneco in a number of roles around Strategy, M&amp;A, and Operational Excellence.</p><p>Roeber earned his bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship from Miami University and his MBA from The University of Toledo.</p>
